Exchange/Refund policy
Items purchased online only may be exchanged for in store credit or refund (if eligible) within 15 days of shipment date.
If local, you may return items to the store, for in store credit or exchange.
Customers are responsible for shipping costs back to our store. Certain items are NONRETURNABLE including but not limited too: tights, make-up, sewn shoes and clearance/sale items.
Due to sanitary considerations there are NO returns or exchanges on tights. Please select your tights carefully.
Items must be in original condition with tags attached.
Your item my not be accepted for return if there is visible wearing, including but not limited to, deodorant marks, floor dirt, and stretching out of product.
Large volume orders may be charged a 20% restocking fee.
